During my recent four-night stay at Embassy Suites, I dined at the hotel's restaurant on my last evening. I decided to try the two beef enchiladas with refried beans, rice, and a salad, followed by chocolate ice cream for dessert. While the enchiladas were decent but could have used more sauce, the chocolate ice cream had a noticeable freezer taste that was unappealing. Despite this, I plan to give the restaurant another try when I return to town.
