Just discovered IHOTs last month. What a great local find. Fun vibe with food to match. First time, I had the pork belly tacos. Perfectly done and crispy with toppings so fresh, I thought I was eating a salad. My wife had the Thai tacos. Each sauce is made fresh and captures the theme of the taco. Tonight I had the Ahi Tuna taco. Blew me away as the Ahi Tuna was cooked rare, as it should be. The wasabi sauce had enough bite to add a great compliment to the delicious tuna. My wife had the Viet Namese taco. The chicken was tender and juicy with all the right spices and tasted like any great Viet Namese dish I've had for the last 20 years. Fabulous.
Try the chips and homemade salsa too. Wash it down with a great local beer. More importantly, SUPPORT them during these uncertain times. Small business is the backbone of our economy, so do everyone a solid and pick up an order or six of the best tacos ever!!
