Absolutely awful. Grits were bland and tasted like instant grits - a side of grits was served in a stainless steel ramakin used to serve ketchup and mustard. Homefries in NC?? Hash-browns in the south! and the biscuit was very dry - how does a biscuit need butter.

THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!

After eating here several times, my husband and I bragged about how great it was. Big mistake! It had been a little while since we had visited and, not sure what happened, but it was terrible. We were the first customers in the door at opening, yet the floor was dirty and there was trash in the floor right in front of the door. No big deal? Can't be bothered to pick up trash from the floor, what else is going to be wrong? Service was not good. Waitress was not friendly and brought our coffee and one by one picked them all up with her whole hand over the top of the cups. I truly believe the coffee was left over from the night before because, to be so week, it was very bitter and cold. We asked for fresh coffee and she brought decaf. Between all of us, we ordered a little bit of everything.
When our food arrived, the eggs were so overcooked, they were barely tolerable. The sausage patties were almost burned and so dried out, they may have been leftovers as well. The sausage links were just bad. The french toast, was so encrusted in cinnamon it was overwhelming. According, to the rest of my family the waffles and biscuits were ok. My daughter asked for a cup of blueberries for my grandson and they were moldy. After complaining to a waitress that seemed to not care at all, my daughter was given a $2 discount. I was very sad because I thought this was going to a regular for us when we visit, but never again.
