Ordered through DoorDash for pickup. Order was finalized at 10:50a, was told to pick up around 11:20a. Arrived and the order wasn't ready. No problem, I can wait a little. Unfortunately, waited an additional 30 minutes in the restaurant. Order didn't come out until 1150a. When the order came out, I checked it in my vehicle before leaving. An entire meal was missing. Had to go back in and wait an additional 15-20 minutes, all the meantime the other food is getting cold and soggy. When they presented the missing meal, it was incorrectly done (items that I paid a large upcharge for weren't included). At this point, I'm tired of waiting and feeling like a pest to them, so I didn't mention it and just called it good. Took my losses. The app asked if I would like utensils included to which I indicated yes... not one was included. Entire order for 4 was close to $70. The experience certainly did not match the money I paid. Tried to support a local business, but got burned. Shame.
