Today's visit to my local Black Bear Diner was a disappointment! I decided to try meat loaf from the little less menu. The meat loaf was cut very thin. I told the waitress it tasted more like a hockey puck. Some of it was ok but I would guess 50% of it was too darn tough to eat! If I was the waitress or the manager I would have comped this meal! The waitress did tell me she reported it to the manager. What the manager did I have no idea.

We stopped in Thursday morning for a late breakfast, weren't greeted, didn't know where to sit so we decided to sit at the breakfast bar. Finally flagged down a waitress after waiting and waiting, she threw down a couple of menus and weren't acknowledged again. Decided to go right down the street to Randalls and will never go back to this Black Bear restaurant again!!! They are a disgrace to the Black Bear name as we have had really good experiences at BB at other locations, PRO TIP don't waste your time going there!!!
