Not enough room on our table of six

We waited an hour for our main dish (steak)

Our waiter was poor. He took a long time coming to our table. He applologized saying he had a large party to wait on, well we came over 100 miles one way for a birthday dinner to your restaurant and should have been treated as if we were a "large party"
We normally don't complain but if you were so busy then have more staff.

we visited 10/15 at noon for a lunch birthday. Two of us ordered a burger cooked medium. Both of us were brought extra well burgers that we could even choke down. We couldn't get our waitress to return until everyone else was done eating. When she did return asking us if we wanted a box, we explained how disappointed we were in the food. She said the grill was down so the cook had to pan fry them. She then placed our bill down and left. This waitress and cook clearly knew this food was beyond eating and that's why she refused to return to our table. She then returned to bring back our credit card and wouldn't even look at us!! We left very disappointed...will not ever return! Bad food..Bad service!!

My husband, sister, and I just had the best dining experience ever. Not only is the food delicious, but the service was exceptional. Our server Brandon was Awesome. He went above and beyond to explain how the stone works as it was our first time to dine there. We highly recommend Black Rock to anyone who really is looking for a great place to eat. The best part is they are very reasonably priced. We will go again.
