As someone who's been coming to Pipestem most summers since the '90s, the Bluestone Dining Room always delivers great food and friendly service, whether enjoying the buffet or a steak dinner. The views from the lodge are stunning, especially at sunset, and the staff, including our waitress Emily and manager Kevin, make the experience even better with their warm hospitality.

Recently visited Pipestem with friends and we were pleasantly surprised by the buffet offered at the Bluestone Dining Room. Despite our initial disappointment, the variety and quality of the food on the buffet exceeded our expectations. The breathtaking views from the dining area added to the overall dining experience and the service was friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely consider dining here again in the future.

We are visiting the Pipestem area with friends and went to the Bluestone Dining Room at the Pipestem Resort Lodge for my birthday dinner. What a disappointment!! My husband spoke to the receptionist at the lodge beforehand and she just told him they close at 9 and no reservations were needed. When we arrived we were told it was buffet only! The food was dried out, cold, not labeled (because we couldn't figure out what 2 of the items were!!). It was only $18, but it wasn't even worth that!! JUST BEWARE! The food was nasty!!!
