Tonight at 9:20 pm I pulled up to the drive-up to order and after a 20 minute wait was told they only had chicken tenders and fries in family size only; but the young lady when questioned about her statement changed and stated you could order 4 pc or 8 pc or 12 pc. I ordered a 4 pc with fries and a coke and6 extra biscuits. I was charged 15.89 and when asked a receipt I was told that was unable to me a receipt and she had o coins for change. The order was cold, pop tasted like seltzer and chicken was not cooked well. Waste of my time and money. Big disappoint and poor customer service. I feel scammed. reneamaxfield94@gmail.com.
