What makes a great bar? Is it the food? The drinks? The atmosphere/vibe? Maybe the bartender? Bingo! Having the perfect bartender is paramount in answering the age old question "what makes a great bar?" Anyone can pour you a Miller High Life and serve you a dozen buffalo wings, but I've been here a handful of times and I keep coming back because of the dude behind the bar who answers to Dean. He remembers EVERYONE he serves and is always happy to be there. I can't remember how many times I said "I'll stop in for one" but then end up leaving at 3AM. Dean for POTUS.
