While the restaurant is a cool setting and the people are nice, our experience with Brix Catering was nothing like the restaurant. We recently had a nearby dinner catered for 40 and the food was TERRIBLE. Appetizers were not what we ordered and only 1 of the 4 entrees was even "okay"; the other 3 were not worth eating. Lack of seasoning, overcooked, and dry were just some of the negative comments from those at the dinner. They should be embarrassed to serve food like that. If you are thinking about using Brix Catering, do yourself a favor and keep looking.
