This is how BBQ should be done, with no leftover reheated sauces in sight. The beautiful smoke ring and incredible flavor made the meal unforgettable, especially the ribs and juicy half chicken. The prices are reasonable, making it easy to enjoy such delicious food, and I'm really looking forward to trying the brisket next!
