Don't Eat Here. This place has gone downhill. After waiting 35+ minutes on our fried food orders, our oyster appetizer came out after our meal. We asked that it be taken back and we're told "but it's ready now". I'm sorry what?? This place is using incredibly old oil to fry their food. Everything had a dark cast and tasted terrible (it you cook, you know what I'm talking about) I was going to let it slide, but when our beignets never came out after an additional 25 minutes. I kept asking where they were or what was happening and was told they were almost ready over and over. It was embarrassing to my party who was waiting. I rave about this place to friends but no longer will. Managers are all on the line and won't visit the front of the house even when asked. I'm just told "they're really busy" pretty massive red flag when the paying human beings eating at your restaurant aren't given the time of day to know what's going on. It wasn't unreasonable to ask. Then when asking for a refund (because I never saw the beignets) it took an additional 15 minutes because no one knew how to do it. And there was additional push from the kitchen manager that I just wait even longer (on a dessert that takes minutes to fry.) won't recommend this place to anyone, and i guess if you'd like to feel sick after eating food from extremely old oil, go ahead. The Nola I know would be ashamed of this place.

The BEST EVER Muffuletta, perfectly proportioned meat & cheese, fresh bread, perfect amount of olive salad, outstanding fries. Truly an incredible meal.
