This is the SLOWEST Cafe Rio I've ever been to. It was so slow the last time I went, my dad and I walked right out the door!! We showed up at 8:30 PM. Nobody waiting to order food in line, and there was one other customer with a single entree -- waiting for fresh lettuce. This establishment made us wait in line while our food sat on their oven conveyor for 5 minutes. Then, it sat on the line for another 5 minutes while they worked on filling an online order of 2 entrees. Rather than wait for another 10 minutes to finish our entree, we walked out, drove to Habit Burger around the way, and at there.
Stay away from this location. It was terrible service, unclean, and very unprofessional. Terrible!!
