We were on a road trip, stopping at the Carlsbad Caverns (AMAZING AND MUST SEE!) Carniceria popped up on our web search for Mexican food. It was perfect! Not great to look at but a very authentic meat market and restaurant. I had beef quesadillas and they were the best I've ever had! Plus they were huge. My husband and I could have easily shared a meal. I wish they sold their seasoning for the beef because I would have definitely stocked up!! DELICIOUS!!
