In a quaint corner of rural Kentucky, nestled south of Red River Gorge, lies a charming cafe at the heart of a simple roadside inn. Despite the off-season quietude, the cafe bustled with locals savoring the delectable pastry spread and house-made chocolate bars on offer. I indulged in a spicy Mayan hot chocolate and a decadent chocolate chip brownie with cream cheese icing, both bursting with rich flavors that left me thoroughly satisfied.
