Had dinner here Friday night we had Lasagna
And a crepe sandwiche
Then we each had a crepe.
It was the best Lasagna I have ever eaten not heavy like most I've had .
For a mitchelin restaurant it was a cheap meal.
Service was good also
Can't wait to go back

I have eaten here several times but only had crepes

went there last week and was wondering why this place was so empty compared to neighbor restaurants... Was hoping for a good service as I was attended by the owner himself... He just bothered me with his stupid stories demonstrating his lack of knowledge…
Anyway food was OK, but will try somewhere else next time I am in town....
Bill was expensive for the service I received.

not value for money... a bit disappointed

that place is almost empty during the week... there is a reason for it I was telling myself..
did try and understand the reasons now...
the server Anthony has not the right mindset or experience or level to run such business

none the best place I have been with the family....
french expensive wine (expensive here... those wines cost less than 6$ a bottle in supermarkets in Paris where we went last December.
Ambiance not really "french"...

Sunday brunch was as usual [that was our 3rd time there for a Sunday brunch].... nothing very fancy or out of ordinary for the price we paid...
We've checked also the day before their Happy hour but didn't consume as this is just a "joke" from the owner guy

was curious about some nasty comments I've seen on this restaurant and contacted some of people who did review it before trying it myself...
well, sorry to say, they're correct in their judgement...

I did try once and it's enough for me and my family...
There are plenty of so much better places in the same street where at least they know how to handle customers.
Just look at the crowd when you pass by... while everywhere is almost full, that place is almost empty

food OK but not exceptional, on $$$ side, but once in a while, why not..

sophisticated coca cola machine never work for almost a year and wine is on high side too [but this is not a bar, even if they try to promote lousy happy hours]..
Try it once, but not twice it's not value for money

crepe was good but cold.... would have expected other things and a better service...

Service was not one of the best I have experienced with my friend...
We had to wait more than 10 minutes as they were taking in some customers who came after us.. Finally one server came to help us and explained that the other server [Anthony] was busy with customers "friends"... [2 young ladies versus my friend (black) and me]…
Food was finally good despite a bit cold for our taste..

between this place and Travelers Rest, we believe we still prefer Travelers Rest

Was there last week with a friend...
Food was OK, salad simple & expensive as well as wine expensive for what it is, but worst was the service from this 'Anthony' who doesn't seem to have any level of education....
We definitely won't return there

went there and left after waiting 10 minutes to finally get someone asking me if I wanted something?
so I decided to go another place at the corner where service was a lot better

I am also a friend of those 2 guys who are still waiting for their payment since October last year...
Restaurant Week will be a great event for all restaurants, but definitely not at Crepe Du Jour where I will definitely not spend my money

review_stars 08/03/2018 - Elvis
it's a pity as food is good there even a bit expensive, but since my 2 friends never get paid last year, I will find other good places to spend my money

I have been in other crepes restaurants who are quite good... Travelers rest is always packed and you will need to queue there, but this is a good place... A new creperie has been opened in Simpsonville and is also very good

while the chef seems to be creative with the crepes menu, congratulations...
you should get rid of the owner guy who has no culture, but try to explain everything but because of his low level, he's explaining wrongly what he pretends to know...
in his case, Culture is like marmelade…. the less you have, the more you spread

not open on Mondays from what I know...
owner guy is to avoid
food is good but expensive for what it is
owner tried to make it high class but creperie is not a high class restaurant and wine is expensive….
good for one try, not to repeat

Food was OK, wine too expensive for what the owner pretended to be [he has absolutely no clue on French culture and wine, poor guy - he's probably never been in France in his life].
Personally, I won't return anymore there

nothing really French there....
The lady owner is good and a great chef... it's a pity that she has such associate who has no clue on how to run a restaurant..... I found him very annoying and won't try again

review_stars 07/14/2018 - MenuPix User
expensive wine

review_stars 07/14/2018 - Christian
being French, I wanted to see what would be special for this Bastille day...
except high price for the menu and expensive wine recommended by the "owner" who apparently called himself a wine expert !!!!…
Will not bring the family there again
