My wife called in an order for a Italian sub, and a Pastrami and Provolone, I waited 15 minutes to go and pick up the order, when I got to the drive up window, they at first could not find my order, they confirmed the information and found our order, after another 5 minutes they came back and said they found my order, and had I paid? Since I didn't make the order I didn't know, and they told me since it was a call in, it needed to be paid, so I paid, and then they told me as soon as my order was ready she would bring out to me, I asked the sandwiches haven't even been made yet, and she replied, oh they are made we are just waiting for them to be boxed, another 10 minutes went by and I saw a different girl bring 2 sandwich boxes to the window, and left them on the counter, after another 5 minutes of waiting for someone to come back and hand me the sandwiches i knocked on the window.
25 minutes of waiting at the window, after the additional 15 minutes of waiting before I went to pick them up yup that is right 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches.
Then my 3 minute drive home I find both sandwiches cold, and the chips in my box were all the crumbs from the bottom of the bag.
Horrible communication and horrible attention to customers who had been waiting.
By the way I watch a lady walk from next door, go to the counter, and walk back out while my bag sat on the counter to be given to me.
