No one answers phone all day

So I ordered food @6:30 pm they said it would be ready in 20 min when we went to get the food and came home the nachos where brunt to crisp to even eat the blackjack bread was soggy and we asked for a side of horseradish or thought that's what we where getting needless to say everybody works hard for tgere money and to get thing's like that is well just sad . I will be calling tomorrow to take to the owner .
