Very, very disappointed that a 3.99% service charge was applied when I paid with a credit card. According to Florida Attorney General credit card surcharges must be disclosed before purchase - most credit card companies require merchants to disclose credit card surcharges on a sign at the store's point of entry & point of sale - undisclosed fees may constitute an unfair or deceptive trade practice & is prohibited by Florida law - BE WARE!

Their food is fine. HOWEVER!!! I was put on hold this morning for 9 minutes and finally hung up. Called back, got someone who claimed it wasn't them that had put me on hold (didn't apologize) and proceeded to put me on hold again! I will never order for pick-up again from there and suggest you think twice before doing so.
