Excellent service and excellent food!

Chef Greg has created the most unbelievably delicious tomato soup.
He also created a surf and turf that is the best I have ever had. Because he uses only the best ingredients available, it is not always on the menu; however, when it is, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

In 2017, Chef/Owner Scott Pelletier opened Fuse Bistro in Westford. He had another well-reviewed bistro in Lowell, where he is known for his commitment to using local ingredients.
Chef Pelletier assigned Chef Gregory Schroer to his Westford bistro. Don't let the casual rustic dí©cor mislead you. The food is SUPERB. Chef Schroer is the chef-equivalent of multilingual.
I invited a friend for a birthday brunch. My friend loves Mexican food and is persnickety about it. He said that the Huevos Rancheros was the best he ever had! Chef Schroer worked as chef across Asia and has brought some delicious Asian dishes to the bistro.
The more traditional dishes are also marvelous. Recently, I watched a guest who had just finished his lamb burger stop at the tables of guests who were perusing their menus to enthusiastically recommend the burger! I'm particularly fond of the beef dishes. The salads and sauces are amazing.
Kristin, the bartender, serves some really nice mocktails and cocktails. My favorite is her espresso martini. The wine list is adventurous. Sorry - I don't drink beer, so I can't share insights on the beer menu - which is sizable.
The staff, like the dí©cor, is friendly and welcoming. Hope to see you there!
