Kids got my change wrong, got the order wrong twice then wouldn't refund food my kid wouldn't eat.

Nice clean restaurant/store. Big menue. Ordered a bbq platter sandwich and was given 2 pieces of hoagie like toast too thick to make a sandwich with. I Just don't understand why every bbq place i go to doesn't get it when I ask for a bbq sandwich platter on a hamburger bun. Bbq was good though as well as the slaw which I'm picky about. The fries were absolutely horrible. Over cooked or bad grease? Idk? Prices seemed fair for amount of food received. I'd eat here again. Plus it had big rig parking for me.
