As far as cleanliness it was in a greasy-spoon restaurant type of way. Food was eatable, but nothing to write home about. Manager / Owner whomever walked around and even waited on us with her cell phone in her ear talking, now that's real quality service. When ask what I would like to drink, I stated hot water with lemon. After 20 minutes I went and asked about my water, smugly I was told it was being heated on the stove. When delivered to the table I was told they had no lemon, an Asian restaurant with no lemon. When we check out, they were going to charge me $2 for the water they boiled on the stove. Guess they never heard of a microwave. After a somewhat heated debate we were not charged for the water. Will not return here. Sad I could not give less than one star.
