The service at this restaurant is efficient and the staff are friendly. The unique donut burger, with its glaze on the inside, is a standout item on the menu that avoids messy hands.

The fish fry used to be good every time. Idk whats happened but the past couple of times that we ordered the quality has went way down.

Have stopped in Grand Slam every time my wife and I are in Olean. After a year and a half their food and service is just as good or better than when they first opened. Stop in and you will not be disappointed.
