You pay first and they want a tip no option to not tip. The menu saids steak and shrimp 10.95 got charged 13.95 for fried rice steak n shrimp plus another .50 for fried rice. Steak was a little tuff n shrimp was cold mushrooms were cold. A total of 22.57. I can get the same quality in wallmart frozen food section. Just alot cheaper plus ill make shure its hot.
