I gave Ioway Steakhouse in Chandler a solid four after enjoying some tasty fried veggies and crab stuffed mushrooms for lunch on Valentine's Day. The service was pretty quick, and while the food was great and prices fair, the smoky vibe keeps me from going as often as I'd like!
