My husband and I ordered the Big Jack. Both of our burgers tasted like someone had poured a shaker of salt all over them. Not happy. We could not eat them!

Just this Sunday morning, I ordered two breakfast specials. I requested no butter on the grits. NBD I thought.... should be easy. When I received my meals the boxes were turned sideways in the bag and they were spilling out. Both orders of grits had butter on them. Spoke to the manager and was told "they come with butter"! No "I'm sorry", no explanation and NO customer service. I had to go in to get a clean bag and extra napkins so I could wipe off my clothes and the outside containers. I've owned a business for thirty years and even when we're busy I expect customers to be treated with kindness. The other employees were polite and courteous, but they won't be for long with that leadership.

Their steak biscuits are awesome! And I LOVE that I can get one any time of the day.... isn't only available during breakfast.

Mediocre. Burgers aren't bad, but the buns are too thick. The crinkle fries are really good- but some of us prefer fries without seasoning. They will make you a custom batch unseasoned upon request.
