I have tried to like this place and therefore have given it a lot of chances both in restaurant dining and takeout. The biggest problem here is the service. They are chronically understaffed, but that has been a problem with all of Jae,s restaurants, and there have been numerous. With that said, the food is woefully inconsistent. Sometimes it's 3 1/2 stars, but more often than not it's 2 stars. Especially during Clovid crisis. They opened for takeout on May 8th and we tried it on May 10th. They flatly refused to make a simple lemon ginger sauce for a stir fry dish (too busy for special orders! How is a simple lemon ginger sauce in an Asian restaurant "special" ?? All of the dishes we powdered (5) plus apps were just barely okay. One container had just a piece of book choy and a carrot. Do not know what that was supposed to be but we were miss in an app. Oh well, I wish I had better news because there's not many choices here in the Berkshires. But, I have definitely given up on this place. I'll cook my own for now.
