My family and I have been to Kan Ya several times in the last 2 years and placed this as our #1 suburban 🍜 restaurant. The variety of ingredients flavor attention to detail, extra time and care and presentation has meant everything to us as a family and sharing with our friends. 2 weeks ago we had the worst No flavor vegetable fried rice and when we reached for soy sauce it was the Low sodium and did not have Any flavor either 🤔 the least you could do is offer the regular Soy sauce too at the table to give the Rice some joy. It use to be my favorite appetizer and we'd take extra to go, but no more😲. Then the Ramen broth had No flavor at all, so we were stuck with a large bowl of ingredients and nothing to drink them with. The soy sauce was horrible, so we ended up using the entire mild sauce offered at the table to season our 🍜

This New Disappointing Experience cost us just under $100🥴 and won't happen again until this restaurant gets back to it's quality of cooking from 2017-19 and make their prices are more reasonable.
