When I got home with my chicken & seafood meal it had no chicken. I called this shop & was told the manager was not there. When my family & I arrived at the location the manager said I 'didn't order chicken but she could sell me some'. When I began telling her about my order she began saying she was uncomfortable. She said I had 'cursed her out on the phone' ( although I never spoke to a manager as I was told the manager was not at the location). My receipt did not have any meal titles on it; turns out my server ordered me a scallop seafood meal instead of chicken and seafood. The manager kept threatening she felt 'uncomfortable' although we nearly spent two hours chasing this meal. My server had no backbone to take accountability for her human mistake although there was a big misunderstanding in front of her due to her mistake. I was seriously worried for the well being of my family members with the threats & lies this manger so easily verbalized. I truly pray to God for this location & anyone who has the honesty to speak truth with such rude entitled disrespectful lying manipulative management. My family & I will NEVER again enter this location.
