Me and my family eat here often. Today I decided to eat something different than I normally have and ordered the carne asada fries. I didn't notice its smothered in cheese dip and I'm allergic to dairy. I called and asked if they could remake it without dairy products and they refused stating "No, that's a waste of our 10 dollars!" They are not considerate of their customers. She was loud and rude talking over me when I am trying to talk and we ended up arguing on the phone. I'm definitely not returning because I am not going to spend my money on bad customer service. I wasted food, I wasted time, and I wasted $10. The way I'm feeling right now I would give a 0 rating but it wouldn't let me post without choosing one. FYI... Customer service and customer satisfaction is a huge determining factor in the success of your business.
