Bad customer service

OK, this is an addition to my previous review. The partner manager Sherryl(I hope I am spelling her name correctly) called me and took her sweet time listening to me. We actually had a great conversation about my last visit also we shared a lot of ideas on how to make customer service a better service in general. She was very professional and I can tell that she is giving her heart to that store and to the team she has. She took my advice in consideration and trust me she offered a very honest follow up phone call, not one of those " you have to call this upset guest to fix the scores". Thank you Sherryl and I will defenetly visit the store again.
