very good food

First and LAST time trying Lucky China! Placed my order over the phone at 6pm, was told 40 minutes, went to pick it up at 7pm. Waited 5+ minutes before the guy even came to the door to get my number, then said he had to still package it up. I waited OVER 25 minutes out in the 53 degree windy weather before he got me my food! UNACCEPTABLE!!
