Have ordered food from them several times and it is always delicious! Not the quickest but well worth the wait!

I ordered food Tonite at 430p. I received my food around an hour later. My food was luke warm and had meat on it. I called and told the young girl I'm a vegetarian and didn't order pepperoni. She apologized and said they'll make me a new one and send it to me. Another hour passes and I call to see where my food is. She tells me they don't have enough drivers so I'll have to wait til 7p when they deliver food to someone closer to me. I said so I have to wait over 2 hrs for my food because u guys messed it up. She said yes unless you come get it. I said can u just refund my money.she rudely says no we can give u a credit. I said I don't want a credit I won't be coming back and ur customer service is horrible. She said well u gave me attitude so I'm giving it back. So I went to pick up my food and it's luke warm. I ask to speak to a manager. A woman comes out and says it's not cold and picks it up. I said it's lukewarm and by the time u would of gotten it to me it would of been cold AGAIN! She tells me she won't talk to me while I have my phone to my ear cuz that's rude to her. (I was holding my phone so my sister could hear how rude these ppl are). So I told the manager keep the food and their customer service sucks. I'll be notifying BBB as well as the owner tomorrow. I never complain but this place is terrible.
