Worst customer service ever!! I order a pizza to be delivered at 5 pm. The web site said it would be 90 minutes for delivery but that if I drove curbside it would be ready between 5:45pm and 5:54pm. So I changed my order to curbside. I tracked the pizza and at about 6pm I recieved a message that my pizza was ready. I drove there and responded on the app that I was at the curb. Nothing happened so I went in. There was a room full of people waiting for pick up. I asked the young man at the counter for my pizza. He looked on the "done" shelf and said my order was not there. A man who was waiting asked for his order. The employee said it wasn't there. The man asked how long until his order was ready but the employee ignored the man, who left the store. A few minutes later I asked the employee to check again because I had gotten a message on the app that my order was ready. The employee told me there was no order ready for me and no order in the oven for me. It was now 7:02 pm. The lady next to me got the same response when she asked about her order. I asked the employee if I could just cancel my order without being charged. The employee said I would just have to wait. I left.
I have had pizzas from Marcos and the pizza is good. But not 2 hrs and $30 good.
It's Saturday and pizza joints are busy, I get it. That was why I drove there. I won't do it again. And I won't bother with the GM after what I have now read in other reviews. I am going to get my money back.
