The McDonald's Located at 221 East Pushmataha Street in Butler, Alabama is a very poor McDonald's. Here is why... Employees and most Managers are not friendly to the customers. They treat u like u are bothering them and wasting there time. Orders are either wrong or items are missing. Last few times we went there, None of the cheeseburgers had mustard, Some had No onions and No mustard (Including today 3-8-20). Cheeseburgers look like they have been squished down or stomped on. The meat on the cheeseburgers was ripped with pieces falling out around the bun, and they had little to No seasoning on them. Furthermore the cheese on most of them was hanging half off the meat and bun. Did not look appetizing. The fries had old stale ones mixed in with the fresh ones. Sometimes they were all old and tasted stale. We Started Asking for no salt on the fries and 5 times out of 6 that we asked they gave us ones with a lot of salt and they were also luke warm and stale. Definitely NOT fresh. We have talked to different managers about this on many occasions and we have seen NO improvements. We believe we will be giving our business to the Hardee's next door if this McDonald's can't fix the issues they are having. Many people in this small town are talking about this McDonald's. And not in a good way. They also are considering Buying there food from the Hardee's next door. A couple of My Relatives have experienced bugs in the food from this McDonald's. The health Department may have to be called. My husband and I both have worked at a McDonald's in a Management Position. And I can Say that this McDonald's Does NOT meet the standards Required by McDonald's Company/Corporate.
