We recently tried the red and green enchiladas at a local spot in Columbus NM and were blown away by the delicious home-cooked flavors. The spicy sauce was absolutely fantastic and left us craving more. The clean restaurant, friendly staff, and authentic homemade tortillas made us feel right at home and we can't wait to return for another satisfying meal.
