The last 2 weeks I've been to the DQ and the vanilla soft ice cream tastes like frozen water with very little vanilla taste and the texture of frozen water. It has NO creamy texture. In retrospect I've gone to Sonic at the other end of town and it is delicious...all the makings of vanilla soft ice cream. BTY, I've also had BK's vanilla shakes and they too are very good. Avoid DQ at all costs. A phone call tonight got absolutely no positive response other than it's out of their control, I was told it's Cisco Foods that is responsible, I didn't know Cisco owned DQ nor do I believe it.
