Really enjoy the food here,But the customer service is in need of work.. And stop taking call in orders when you arrive and go to the counter they tell you we didn't get it lol...other than the things I've stated their fine with great food that's why I keep coming back!!!.#Goodfood....

The food is very good but not enough to be treated the way I was with customer service on Sunday!!! The owner was frustrated because of the lack of organization !!! Writing the time and name on phone orders would have solved the problem. You have lost so much money due to time !!! I wish you well at your new place but you have to get it together or South Dallas Cafe will eat you alive !!! After the way I was treated on Sunday I am done !!!

They have very tasty food, but customer service could be better,I'm a regular their would have gave five star's,just get better with yalls customer service!!!!.Thanks....

The food is great but you all are very unorganized we should not have to wait 45 to an hour to pick up our food you need at least 3 people on your serving line you can also use another register since there is no inside dining at this time,one more thing for 18.00 two short ribs is not enough 3 would be better i own my own catering company just trying too let you know what people is saying.Thanks
