Worse Pre-Paid Thanksgiving Meal Ever

Normally we are big fans of M&P. We've always been satisfied with the food and service. Nice folks who work there. We never had a problem until now. We bought the Pre-Paid Thanksgiving dinner for $100 and was very disappointed. Not M&P quality. Thinly sliced deli Turkey and watery gravy for sandwiches, and only two pounds. Watery boxed Mashed Potatoes, CANNED cranberry sauce ( terrible tasting), Canned Corn with cream on the side, muffins and Archer pumpkin pie from Target was awful. It has a very strong pumpkin spice flavor and not much else. The stuffing was the only okay part we could fix. About $35 if bought separately. The quality was so very poor that Wednesday night we went out and bought everything and cooked it Thursday morning. Thank-God we did !!! When we called to talk to the owner or manager, we were told that they were not taking comments on the Dinner from those who didn't enjoy it. WHAT??? When we went in person to comment on the Thanksgiving Hustle, the manager was Too Busy to talk to us, but took our phone number and we were never called back. Terrible customer service. You don't really know a business until there is an issue you present to them and they are put in a position to respond. We have been loyal customers through this whole Pandemic, but now it's Bye, Bye Meat & Potatoes!!!!
