Food is okay. Service from waiting staff is nice.
BUT THERE WAS METAL IN OUR FOOD.
How does metal get in your chimichanga? Seriously? We really would like to know how it got in there.
My friend bit into her food and pulled out what looked like a thread made of metal. We quickly showed the waiter who took it and her plate.
The waiter was amazing, she was fast and very understanding.
Then the manager, Pepe came out.
He was the rudest man I've ever dealt with. He refused to do anything but take off a minor percent of her meals price.
Worst part? He took out the 18% gratuity tip for the waitress (We had a large party of 9 people). He wasn't taking it out of the restaurants pocket, but hers. She did nothing wrong!
We were all shocked and upset by this point. We simply wanted her meal to be taken off the bill, we didn't ask for anything else. He refused and we told him we wouldn't be coming back. He said 'Good.'
This upset me, and I asked for a corporate number or his boss. He said he had none. We had to ask the girl at the front for his name, (Pepe) and I couldn't believe it.
We will never be back.
If you decide to go, bring a metal detector.
