As someone who works at the Capitol, I appreciate the excellent service and fresh options at Meriwether Market, where I've enjoyed a variety of delicious meals in a clean, spacious environment with plenty of seating and rotating daily specials.

Near the Pocahontas Building, there are great lunch options for Capitol workers. The cafeteria on the third floor of the SunTrust building offers a make-your-own salad bowl with a variety of toppings and sauces, all fresh and satisfying. The newly renovated and rebranded Meriwether Market provides a pleasant dining atmosphere with a wide selection of affordable and delicious food options.
