Sitting at the bar and chatting with regular locals adds to the charm of this old school diner, where the hot coffee and generous western omelette, served with hashbrowns and toast or biscuits and gravy, stand out. The friendly staff, classic small-town atmosphere, and consistently good food make it a worthwhile stop when passing through Eunice, NM.
