El Pollo Chihuahua in Hobbs, New Mexico, is hands down the best spot for delicious BBQ-style chicken. The parking was easy, I found a spot right out front on the street. Inside, the space was surprisingly roomy and the service was quick and friendly. The chicken meal was incredibly satisfying, with juicy, tender pieces of barbecued chicken and a side of flavorful refried beans and rice.
