Bad. All bad. Wrong order or they just didnt get it right. It was cold and the meat wasnt cooked to order. I Loved this place all my life, as far back as I can remember anyways. And now because of this one in Hobbs NM, I will probably never eat here again.
They even double charged my credit card and doesn't want to give me back my money. The server who brought out the food was so rude and unwilling to give us the rest of the food they forgot. Made an ugly remark and just walked off. Gave us food that wasnt ours and the food they did give us was old and cold.
Its saddens me to say they lost all our families business. I had never seen all these reviews and decided to read some of them. And it's even more sad to know they are all just bad. I haven't seen anything good about this restaurant. So why hasn't it been shut down, remodeled and a whole new set of crew members been replaced. What headquarters doesn't mind being shamed or embarrased by this one. They really gotta do something about it. I cant speak for anyone else but my family and myself. But really all anyone needs to do is read your reviews to know it sux really bad out here for anyone who goes here. GOOD LUCK AND GOODBYE for good Applebee's.
