Worst experience at a arbys EVER!! Ordered at drive thru, was asked to go in. When I went in I stood at the counter for 10 minutes there was no other customers and the shift manager was standing there talking to another employee.

This was one of the worst experiences I have EVER had at a fast food place. They had no ice, napkins or catsup. The trash cans were all over flowing and the food was cold and stale. When we took the food back to get more recently made food, all they did was stick it under the heat lamp for 2 minutes. NEVER eat there!
