I'm not the type to complain. I have to say something about BASKIN AND ROBBINS.
Incident 1
Two weeks ago, my family and I went BASKIN AND ROBBINS drive thru to get a smoothie. The worker said to park. So I did. After a wait in the car (temp in the 90's) , the worker came out and said that it will be awhile because the ingredients have to thaw. After waiting for 30 minutes, the worker came out and said sorry; we don't have the ingredients. I told my family to be nice to the worker; he looked exhausted.
Incident 2
The following week, my family and I went inside BASKIN AND ROBBINS and ordered the same smoothie. We waited 20 minutes in line (I'm in the front) for someone to take to us. Again, I told my family to be nice, there were only 2 workers and he look exhausted.
Incident 3
I just came back from BASKING AND ROBBINS (today is Saturday , June 19) to pickup an order (ice cream cake) for FATHER"S DAY). I waited in line (there were no customers in front of me) for 20 minutes before someone talk to me. Finally, the worker asked me (waited another 15 minutes). He came back and said that they did not receive my order. The worked said sorry, since you ordered online, sometimes we don't get it. I'll just give you a refund.
Don't worry Baskin and Robbins, I'm posting this to other websites.
Hopefully, the owner reads this.

It was HORRIBLE! I had my kids visiting from Texas we came to get Ice Cream 3/20/2021 and the young lady took our order 3 times and still got it wrong. She would say " sorry we are out of this type of ice cream" Then when we ordered the cones she stated " Sorry we are out of cones" so we ordered in the cups. We get to the window and ALL the cups were wrong except the one scoop of Vanilla. They had to redo the cups of two scoop each. She handed them to us and we ask for spoons and napkins and the young man came to the window and stated sorry we are out of spoons and napkins but have a nice day! How in the world did they expect us to eat the ice cream and they already had our money 20.00 worth. and said again have a nice day and shut the window.. I will never go to this BR again and I will make sure I tell everyone as well.
I have already blasted on FB which I never done that before as I want our home town businesses do do well. But this was just HORRIBLE... I wish I could pick number Negative ten thousand!
