My family and I visited after the new year to avoid crowds and enjoyed beautiful views of the snow-capped mountain and lake. The food options were tasty, room service was prompt, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay. Amenities like the spa, pool, and various outdoor activities provided plenty to do, making it a relaxing and enjoyable experience overall.

My family visited the resort after the new year to enjoy a more serene atmosphere. The picturesque snow-capped mountain and lake views amidst occasional snow dustings were breathtaking. The variety of delicious food options, prompt room service, and friendly staff added to our enjoyable experience.

Not good. We sat at the bar and they immediately said that we could order drinks but not food. They put little to no effort acknowledging customers. We thought we were invisible. A little disturbing. Felt like I was in twilight zone.
