The food truck around here is hands down the best, their dishes are incredible. I ordered some mac and cheese through a fundraiser and it was a complete disappointment, the flavor was just not right. My boyfriend and I, both in the industry, tried to salvage it but ended up tossing it out. We found this vendor at the Covered Bridge Festival and the smoked hot dogs and BBQ pork meat sandwiches were a hit with my family. The people running it were really nice too. I wish they had a restaurant, their food deserves more recognition!
