I went to Capitan and Smokey Bear Restaurant on Sept 26th and luckily got a table right away. The turkey avocado sandwich I had was really good, despite the slim amount of turkey. The service was fast and the atmosphere was cozy, making it a perfect stop after a drive from Alamogordo.

I am so discriminated from your restaurant. I live in New Mexico and I had never experienced such rudeness and horrid service. I couldn't believe it! The Anglo waitress slammed the menus in front of me and my husband last Saturday. She wouldn't bring our take-out containers to us. Had to ask for napkins and salt. We weren't treated nice at all. I'm 76 yes old.
