The college cafeteria offers a wide variety of ethnic food options, including dishes featuring New Mexico hatch chilis, for a reasonable price of $7.50 for all-you-can-eat. The service was efficient, and I particularly enjoyed the ice cream machine in the dining hall. While eating here every day might lead to some menu fatigue, the diverse offerings like burgers, sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts provide something for everyone.
